尼崎ラプソディ(尼崎狂想曲)

一位將高爾夫球桿當作拐杖的工廠長；一位在公園下將棋的留學生；一位騎著哈雷機車去市場的家庭主婦——這些本無交集的人、物與情境，卻在某種偶然與想像中交織出獨特的景象。我們稱之為「狂想曲（Rhapsody）」，並以四座建築的提案來延展並容納這樣的狂想狀況。在這樣的空間中，或許某天，那位工廠長會騎著哈雷機車與留學生在街頭對弈——原本不可能的組合，轉化為充滿詩意的日常片段。

A factory manager who uses a golf club as a walking stick. A foreign student who plays shogi in the park. A housewife who goes to the market on her Harley. We call such combinations of things, events, and people that should not be combined in the first place “Rhapsody,” and we thought of extending the rhapsodic situation by proposing four buildings. The factory manager might play shogi with the foreign student while riding his Harley.

ゴルフクラブを杖にする工場長。公園で将棋を指す留学生。ハーレーで市場に行く主婦。そのような本来組み合わされるはずのないモノ・コト・ヒトの組み合わせを「ラプソディ」と呼び、4つの建築を提案することでラプソディ的状況を引き延ばすことを考えた。工場長はハーレーに乗って留学生と将棋を指すかもしれない。
