The story of the land unfolds through the daily lives of people and industry. As cities continuously reshape themselves to embrace international migration and activity, this project begins with the transformation of an existing pier warehouse. Through landscape and architecture, it breaks down the barrier between the industrial waterfront and the city. In the dialogue between old and new structures, a shared space emerges for diverse communities—shaped with minimal architectural interference, yet resonating with the coexistence of mountain and sea through shells and openings.
